It is 1968 and a C.I.A. document details the meeting of an agent with Oswald in 1962 in Monterey, Mexico, where he was given $50,000 under direction of Clay Shaw, head of CIA recruiting for Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Cuban personnel for the upcoming Bay of Pigs invasion.
It further documents that in Nov 1963 when the CIA agent saw Oswald’s picture, he stated that Oswald couldn’t have done it because he had met him, whereupon his supervisor told him to “shut up. Forget it and you wont have any problems“.
So much for wacky conspiracy debunkers, huh?
