This is an official photograph taken during the table-top exercise at the Pentagon in Nov 2010

In November of 2010, a war-game exercise was conducted at the Pentagon, in which a passenger airplane crashed into the Pentagon, complete with a mock aircraft on fire after it crashed through into the inner courtyard.  10 month’s later, a passenger aircraft was supposed to have done this very same thing.

There are few coincidences stranger than this one, and even stranger, although this was an Army base publication, you can now no longer find this story.
