The ACLU recently released a treasure trove of formerly classified NSA documents, one of which entails Microsoft voluntarily allowing the capability for NSA to hack their encryption.  It is vitally important to understand that the NSA is under the Department of Defense and is a military organization, which means our military is spying on U.S. citizens here in our country.
